(SUBLIMATION HEATER)For the heater, we use ceramics technology far Infrared blackbody tube radiation electrothermal heater ,which is high-temperature-stand material can bear 600 degree temperature ,superior in quality. 

However when we use this material we don’t need it reach so high temperature otherwise our printing fabric will become rigid or the flexibility will be damaged . So we set a temperature sensor and auto-temperature controller inside the heater .once the temperature reach 200 degree then the switch will close to keep the heater and total machine in balance situation . 

For the heating speed, it just need 15 to 20 minutes ,the heater temperature can reach 200 degree (In summer it will be faster ,in winter it will be about 20 minutes ) 

You can use 10000 hours ( so 3 to 5 years lifetime )  if no personal damage .

For the heating system ,

We can make two kinds of media finish system :

One is collection system you can make use of the roller .The printing media will be collected to a roll which is good option for the big printing project .

You also can use the clamp to clip the media so it will expand in front of the machine .
